His experience includes the design of monitoring well networks for volatile organics, hydrocarbons, and collection of basic hydrogeologic parameters; seismic, downhole geophysical, and sample log analysis and correlation; supervision and analysis of pump tests in confined and unconfined strata; numerical modeling of ground water flow and solute transport; and management of large scale remedial investigations and remedial actions.

His experience includes work in unconsolidated sediments and in fractured rock environments. Mr. Rossano has extensive experience with the New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program which includes the successful completion of several projects in the New York City area.

Mr. Rossano is also an acting board member for the New York City Brownfield Partnership, whose mission is to provide benefits to the communities we serve by working to redevelop brownfield areas in New York City.

Foundation projects generally relate to one or more of the following criteria:
•    Carbon reduction
•    Clean water & sanitation
•    Environmental education
•    Conservation & biodiversity

His work with the foundation has included being the liaison for multiple projects on Long Island with the South Shore Estuary Reserve and the Cornell Cooperative Extension. He has also worked extensively on charitable projects in Tanzania related to education support and clean water supply.
