From the Long Island ExpresswayTake the LIE to Exit 44 to Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway (NY -135) south, Take the Powell Ave Exit (Exit 8) off the Seaford Syosset Expressway, turn right onto Powell Ave (towards Bethpage) and continue to the end. Turn left on Broadway going south. Go past one traffic light, cross the railroad tracks and turn left onto Seaman Ave. We're #45A on the lefthand side of the building.
From the Southern State ParkwayTake the Southern State Parkway to Exit 31 N Bethpage State Parkway. Take the Bethpage State Parkway to CENTRAL AVE exit- EXIT B4- toward FARMINGDALE / BETHPAGE. Turn right onto CENTRAL AVE. Cross under the railroad tracks. Turn right onto SEAMAN AVE. We are #45A on the lefthand side of the building.
